Jaakko Elovaara Chief Executive Officer Jaakko is the CEO and co-founder of coneksion® and drives the company’s strategy and execution. Jaakko has two decades of experience in the software business industry in North America, EMEA and APAC. Prior to Youredi, Jaakko had worked in global sales and management positions at IBM, Microsoft, Basware, Itella and Fujitsu. Jaakko holds a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.

Geesche Laksola Chief Product Officer Geesche, coneksion®'s Chief Product Officer, ensures that coneksion’s products and solutions fit the relevant global markets and its customers' needs. She has a 15+ years of experience working with software product management, business development, sales, and partner management in the Logistics SaaS industry and Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Before joining coneksion, Geesche worked at Unifaun, Memnon Networks, and Itella/Posti. Geesche holds an MSc. in Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics.

Jan Lehmusto Head of Customer Success Jan leads Coneksion®’s Customer Success function, with responsibility for building long-term customer relationships and ensuring customers continue to get measurable value from Coneksion’s data connectivity solutions after go-live. Jan has worked in the IT industry since 1995 in various Customer Care and Delivery Management roles. Prior to Coneksion, Jan worked at Nokia, Qvantel, Basware, and Accountor Finago. Jan holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the Espoon-Vantaan Institute of Technology.

Mike Flavell VP, Head of R&D Mike leads the technical team at coneksion® that is responsible for the research and development of new products and technologies to ensure the continuous improvement of our existing services. Mike has been in the IT industry since 1998 and has worked in several different roles in web and traditional software development across private and public sectors, within large corporations and small software houses, and across a range of industries and organizations. Mike's experience spans Software Development, IT Project Management, Development Team Management, Data and Database Management, IT Systems Analysis, IT Infrastructure and Architecture.

Fuxin Jiao-Kiuru Director, International Growth Fuxin Jiao-Kiuru is Director, International Growth at coneksion®, leading international growth initiatives focused on scaling commercial partnerships and customer acquisition outside of North America. She brings 20+ years of experience across EMEA and Asia, with a strong track record in commercial scaling in emerging B2B technologies. Fuxin helps organizations drive new growth by addressing data connectivity challenges and advancing tech connectivity across logistics and supply chains through coneksion® solutions.

Sreedevi Unnikrishnan Head of Professional Services “Sreedevi leads Coneksion’s Professional Services function, ensuring successful customer onboardings, service delivery, and operational excellence. She brings over 14 years of experience in consulting, leading solution delivery, and driving customer enablement. Her cross-industry background includes working with organizations such as KONE, Sievo, and Tech Mahindra, spanning startup, mid-sized, and enterprise environments. Sreedevi holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kerala, India, and a Master of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.”
