Job description

We're hiring a Platform Engineer / DevOps Specialist to join our small, highly capable technical team in Espoo, as we modernize and scale our integration platform — transitioning from Azure Cloud Services to containers and Kubernetes. You'll play a critical role in keeping production systems healthy, secure, and scalable while helping to build the next generation of our cloud-native platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and maintain our CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot our production platform instances
  • Develop and deploy Infrastructure as Code
  • Drive our platform Containerization and Kubernetes migration (AKS or similar)
  • Collaborate on DevSecOps practices and support secure software delivery
  • Automate operational tasks, build deployment scripts, and improve observability
  • Participate in development, testing, and maintenance of platform components

What We're Looking For

This role is suited to a seasoned engineer with a strong track record. You’ll likely have:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and/or infrastructure
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services in production environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with Docker and container orchestration, ideally Kubernetes (AKS)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code e.g. ARM, Bicep or Terraform
  • Solid scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
  • A proactive mindset — comfortable in fast-moving, high-responsibility environments
  • Understanding of secure software practices and platform lifecycle management
  • Fluency in spoken and written English (it’s our working language); Finnish is a plus but not required
  • Nice to have: experience with C#, distributed software systems development, monitoring tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You must be legally authorized to work in Finland

Why Join Us?

  • Shape the future of a platform used in global logistics technology
  • Work with a truly international team (incl. US subsidiary) and mostly global customers from many different industries and regions
  • Take real ownership of infrastructure and engineering decisions
  • Flexible work environment with the chance to make a visible impact
  • Learn and grow with a team that values trust, autonomy, and outcomes

What We Offer

  • A full time, permanent role
  • Office location in Espoo (with some flexibility for hybrid work)
  • Competitive salary based on experience and skill
  • Occupational healthcare
  • Lunch Benefits
  • Subsidized Phone and Home Internet
  • A friendly, low-bureaucracy team with international colleagues
  • A culture that values work-life balance
